Shipping policy

We only ship within the United States of America. We have a flat rate shipping fee of $10. Shipping is free for orders that are $200 or more. 

Once an order is placed, items will be shipped and received within 30 days. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. Depending on circumstances, your item may be shipped in multiple packages. In this instance, you will receive a shipping confirmation email and a tracking number for every item that is shipped separately.

We are not responsible for any lost or stolen mail after the recorded delivery by the shipping company. We are also not responsible if your order cannot be delivered due to an incorrect or undeliverable shipping address being input at checkout. Please ensure your shipping address is correct and you can receive packages at this address. If your order has been lost in transit, please contact us at hiltonjgregory.com.

We are not responsible for any shipping delays once your package has been turned over to the shipping company.
